Return policy

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a product exchange if:

Incorrect order received
Missing items
Damaged items during delivery

Exchange Policy

By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. In the event that the item is out of stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item or receive a refund on the purchase (refer to the refund policy below). For an exchange to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For an exchange for other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

To be eligible for an exchange, you need to fulfil all the conditions stated below:

Your email request with photos must be sent to beautinest.hq@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to ensure that the photos were taken accurately reflect the condition of the product when they arrived at your address.
The items must be returned in their original condition when we deliver your replacement items.

Refunds policy

We apologise that all Beauti Nest's products are non-refundable unless the returned item is out of stock. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If your request is approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your payment card within 21 working days.

Please read and understand our store's returns, exchange, and refund policy before any purchase. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
